You understand complex systems and can explain them in a simple way to colleagues and management. You keep manuals up to date and you love to elaborate concepts and to bring them to implementation. You can think out of the box and come up with solutions and proposals for various challenges.We are in the middle of our S4H project. You will follow closely the controlling streams and will support the controlling team in many tasks related to the SAP project. Furthermore, you will be involved in various processes in the Group Controlling team and will be responsible for activities in the monthly closing process, support the constant further development of controlling guidelines and activities and will support to organize the yearly budget process and monthly forecast.Your tasks:Support the SAP project with many controlling related tasks and activitiesCreation of controlling manuals and assist in defining, improving and updating our internal controlling standards and processesSupport to steer the group wide financial planning activities (budget, forecast)Ad-hoc analysisResponsible for group controlling tasks in the monthly closing processSupport the further development of the monthly management report and KPIYour reporting line is to the Head Group Controlling QualificationsMinimum of 3 years experience in a similar role in controlling, preferably within the financial or IT industryKnowledge of SAP-CO and SAP BI, knowledge in S4H is an assetExhibit excellent analytical skills, the ability to work well in a demanding, dynamic environment and meet overall objectivesFluent in English with good written and verbal communication skillsHigh degree of initiative and ability to work with little supervisionExact and diligent working attitudeCustomer service mindset Additional InformationWe realize that managing work life balance is a challenge we all face in our daily lives and in order to support with this we are pleased to offer hybrid and flexible working for most of our Avaloqers to maintain work life balance and still continue our fantastic Avaloq culture in our global offices.
