Key Responsibilities: Oversee contracts related to construction projects, including drafting, negotiating, and reviewing agreements. Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making processes and optimize project profitability. Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with contracts to ensure project success. Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards in all contractual dealings. Provide technical expertise to assess project requirements and align them with contractual obligations. Lead negotiations with stakeholders to resolve disputes and conflicts during the contract lifecycle. Maintain accurate documentation of contract-related activities and milestones. Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, feedback, and requests throughout the contract process.

  Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field. Strong financial analysis skills with the ability to interpret and evaluate financial data. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. Detail-oriented approach with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
