Requirements: Degree in Legal Management, Political Science, or Legal Studies or any related courseExcellent communication skills, both verbally and in writingHighly analytical with strong attention to detailOutstanding managerial and negotiation skillsFamiliarity with legal research tools and databases.Proficiency in legal software and tools used for case management and document management. Responsibilities: Create, review, and analyze new contractsReview and analyze existing contracts and make appropriate revisions, as neededSend and interpret contractsCoordinate with different clients, divisions, legal counsel, and partners for contract concernsConduct investigations, compile evidence, and creation of narratives and pleadings.Assist independent contractors, clients, business partners, and other affiliates in all contracts and contracts-related queries and requests
