What you will do:
 
Thorough review of signed contract terms, highlighting and entering the key information into our database (retrospective entry required)
Manage and communicate the specific within each contract; tenure discounts, transfer agreements, changes in charge rate and expiration/ review dates
Support the finance function to provide the best possible service in the most efficient manner.
Identify areas of improvement and drive the change through to successful implementation.
Update all teams of changes with client information, billing changes, payment terms etc.
Conduct initial review of terms for new clients, authority to amend terms, review, agree and update terms ready for signing by current client and new clients
Conduct initial review of client specific terms, highlighting the key risk areas/clauses to be reviewed by Head of Finance, Contracts & Compliance
Manage our docusign account and distribute terms to relevant customers and clients for final signature, updating BH (our CRM) and our Contracts database
 
What we are looking for:
 
Graduate of BS in Political Science, Finance, Management Accounting, Business Ad or any related course.
With at least 6 months to 1 year experience in document processing and reviewing signed contracts or related field is an advantage
Must be willing to work mid-shifts
Must be organized, keen to details and able to multi-task.
Flexible, can work with minimum supervision and has initiative.
Must possess a good verbal and written communication skills
Must be willing to work on-site.
