Bachelor's graduate preferably related to FinanceHas 5 years of experience in invoices in the billing system and the review of fee-related documents and agreementsHas 5 years of experience in record keeping and billing systems, managing contractsExcellent computer skills, specifically with Excel (including VBA and Power Pivot functionality).Ability to organize, prioritize and delegate using proven time management skills.Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.Strong interpersonal skills to be effective when collaborating with various internal teams. JOB DESCRIPTION: Responsible for supporting the Manager of the GRS Fees & Billing Team.Accountable for ensuring fees are accurately set up.Manage and oversee the preparation of invoices for clients to pay fees.Responsible for ensuring routine manual tasks are prepared, reviewed, and processed accurately.Review the work of billing staff to ensure accuracy and provide ongoing feedback through mentoring and coaching.Provide support to internal teams to investigate disputes or inquiries concerning fees charged and invoiced.Support regulatory, compliance, accounting, and audit requirements.
