Meet the team:
Join our vibrant team as a Process Improvement Specialist and be at the forefront of driving operational excellence within Dexcom. This role plays a crucial part in leading and supporting end-to-end process improvement initiatives, ensuring efficiency, reliability, and compliance across our operations. Where you come in:
As a Process Improvement Specialist, you will take the lead in planning, organizing, and executing process and organizational improvement initiatives.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement solutions to drive operational efficiency.
Your role will involve providing consultation and support to Operation Leaders, guiding them in meeting facilitation, problem-solving, and escalation processes..
Additionally, you'll contribute to the design and development of new or improved processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
Documenting process maps, overviews, and flows, and preparing supporting deliverables such as documents and presentations will also be part of your responsibilities.
Furthermore, you'll play a key role in promoting process improvement initiatives within Dexcom through various communication channels and events.

What makes you successful:
Your solid understanding of process improvement methodologies, such as Lean Six Sigma, and experience with tools like COPC.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Proven track record in driving process improvements and achieving tangible results in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and adapt to changing priorities.
A self-starter mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing opportunities for improvement.
It's a plus if you have previous experience in the medical device industry or a related field and had been trained as a Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma.
