Job Brief
We at KodeGo are currently hiring a Content Specialist who will help create engaging copies for a variety of digital channels such as Facebook/Meta, Blogs, Email Newsletters and/or Landing Pages.
Main Responsibilities of a Content Specialist
Your responsibilities will include:
? Produce well-researched content for publication online
? Organize writing schedules to complete drafts of content or finished projects within
deadlines
? Utilize industry best practices and familiarity with the organization's mission to inspire
ideas and content
? Communicate and cooperate with the marketing and design team's requirements
? Follow an editorial calendar, collaborating with other members of the content
production team to ensure timely delivery of materials
? Develop related content for multiple platforms, such as websites, email marketing,
videos, advertisements (online and offline) and blogs
? Monitor and analyze the performance of key performance indicators (KPIs) to offer
suggestions for improvement
? Manage the creation and posting of contents and assets throughout KodeGo's social
media accounts.
? Discover and define KPIs that would track performance and success of each of
KodeGo's social media channels.
Requirements
? Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, Marketing or Advertising or any
related field
? Proven record of excellent writing demonstrated in a professional portfolio
? Impeccable grasp of the English language, including idioms and current trends in
slang and expressions
? Ability to work independently with little or no daily supervision
? Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to communicate with clients, colleagues,
and management
? Ability to work on multiple projects with different objectives simultaneously
? Strict adherence to the style guides of each company and their policies for publication
? Good time management skills, including prioritizing, scheduling, and adapting as
necessary
? Proficiency with computers, especially writing programs, such as Google Docs and
Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
? Familiarity with each client's requirements and the company's brand image, products,
and services
? Has a strong experience in creating content for social media, newsletters and blogs.
? Has a strong experience in writing copies for digital advertisements (primarily
Facebook Ads).
? 1-2 years of experience/familiarity with Search Engine Optimization
Nice to Haves:
? GA4/UA experience is a plus
? Have worked in a digital marketing agency before is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php30,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
