I. JOB MISSION/SUMMARY
The Social Media Content Specialist is responsible for day-to-day execution of social media activities across all our accounts. This role creates timely, accurate, and relevant content for our community and engages with our community.
II. JOB SPECIFICATION / QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia/Writing, Graduate of Communication / Advertising or any BSBA Marketing
At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
At lease with experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media Management and Customer engagement. (Facebook, IG, Twitter, Tiktok, ect.)
At lease with knowledge in Advertising promotion.
Demonstrate experience building social media audiences, including hands on development of creative materials and copy.
Experience in social media analytics and optimization techniques, having directly managed end-to-end execution of social media campaigns
Strong visual eye with regards to the creation of graphics and selection of images for social publishing
Excellent in writing, editing and proofreading skills.
Creative, strategic thinking , Excellent organizational and communication skills
Has an independent ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and effectively.
At lease has a background in Public Relation(PR) is a plus.
At lease with experience in writing or communication skills, with background in basic adobe Photoshop and video editing.
III. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Strategize and plan with our social media team for upcoming campaigns.
2. Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
3. Flexibility to work independently and with the social media team.
4. Work with the marketing team to ensure content is aligned with brand aesthetics and identity.
5. A strong understanding of popular social media channels such as (but not limited to) Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok and how to effectively measure content performance on these channels.
6. Continuously idea, plan, and develop compelling content, including graphics, photography, video, and copy.
7. Ensure all social media content is consistent with branding, positioning, voice, and messaging.
8. Create compelling ideas, work across multiple departments, and manage timelines to ensure approvals needed as it relates to all social media work.
9. Stay informed of the latest social media related trends and best practices.
10. Writes timely articles that highlight products and promotions.
11. Seeds press articles to proper media and bloggers.
12. Create content for presentations.
13. Ensures that brand voice and image is consistent to Xiaomi brand through various channels such as social media, press coverage, web sites, and more.

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
