Content Marketing Specialist

The Content Marketing Specialist is responsible for creating, optimizing, and analyzing brand content and activations for retail and digital platforms.
They are responsible for:
•mapping out the content pipeline from ideation through publication and promotion
•attracting targeted online communities and network users
•pursuing and retaining active customers
•aligning marketing strategies and translating to digital communication
• monitoring and facilitating growth of digital assets


Duties and Responsibilities:
News Digest Editing: Research and edit articles for the Company News Digest
Content Creation: Plan, create, optimize, and analyze content across social media and web channels including blogs, recipes and new product information.
Also reviewing each piece of content before publication to ensure that it adheres to the brand's quality standards, style guide, and campaign theme.
Visual Storytelling: Research and production of informative retail visuals based on product highlights
Membership Marketing: Create, execute, and analyze marketing campaigns targeted to current membership pool (emails, Viber and SMS channels)
Audience Segmentation: Create targeted lists for personalized campaigns based on sales data
Campaign Automations: Create, execute, and analyze automated digital campaigns
Reporting and Analytics: Prepare reports relating to the performance of social media and digital assets.
Make pertinent analyses and recommendations, as necessary.
Social Listening: Perform social listening to determine digital conversations, gauge customer sentiments, identify competitors, and monitor key industry benchmark trends.
Industry Benchmarking: Monitor the social media pages/feeds of (international) industry leaders and analyze their performance vs. our own.
Stay up-to-date with current trends, technologies and digital marketing.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in communications, public relations, marketing or related field of study
At least 2-3 years' experience in related field
Proficient in basic business software applications
Relevant product and industry knowledge
Experience with campaign automations and analytics
Experience with digital analytic tools such as Meta (Facebook+Instagram) Analytics and Google Analytics
Passion – Strong interest and desire to build the brand and the business.
Embodies the brand, advocating healthy and sustainable living
Technical and Functional Expertise – Deep understanding of social media best practices and techniques
Focus and Attention to Detail – Very attentive to visual and verbal design.
Able to focus while working across different social media channels
Strong written and verbal communications skills – Able to express thoughts clearly and converse with the digital community in an engaging manner in English
Good crisis handling skills – ability to identify sales, testimonial, and crisis communications opportunities with ease and grace
Independent – able to work independently with minimal supervision, proactive with research and creative output
Team oriented – openness to work with others and ability to create output that covers the needs of different parties
Must be willing to work Onsite
