**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Develop the editorial calendar in accordance with key organization goals and feedback from demand
generation, business development, event, and product marketing
- Produce content for a variety of formats and channels including blog articles, whitepapers, press
releases, case studies, partner initiatives, video, and social media
- Develop a copywriting strategy to craft a unique "Optics Outfitter" voice.
Ensure that voice is consistent
across all materials, content, and communications
- Strategize on content initiatives that continuously establish Optic Outfitter's thought leadership
- Amplify the voice of our testimonials in the market through the execution of content initiatives (extended
case studies, speaking opportunities, videos, references, etc)
- Proofread all sales materials and press releases
- Develop and execute campaign plans to promote new product launches
- Work with demand generation to plan and execute integrated lead gen campaigns and ABM campaigns
- Assist with the creation of copy for collateral, presentation and proposals to reflect OO's unique voice
- Participate in requirements gathering activities such as stakeholder interviews, competitive analysis,
functional research, and conceptual modeling
- Content creation and management (including website); establishing great relationships across Product
Marketing and Advertising Management teams
- Social posting calendar
- Content updates on the website (imagery, copy)
- Content updates for social ads (imagery, copy)
- Planning marketing campaigns around seasonal activities/sports, holidays, and new product releases

- SEO (search engine optimization) and generation of inbound traffic
- Cultivation of leads and sales - turning fans into customers
- Responding to ad comments & forwarding sales opportunities to the Sales & Service team
- Reputation management
- Gaining reviews and moderation of reviews via Yotpo, Google, social media channels; building
up our reputation scores on Facebook and Google
- Outreach to customers for authentic imagery and feedback
- New product release early testimonials and feedback
- Authentic content generation - turning customers into advocates
- Identify and improve organizational development aspects that would improve content (ie: employee
training, recognition, and rewards for participation in the company's marketing and online review

**JOB QUALIFICATION**
- Exceptional writing, editing, proofreading and verbal communication skills are essential.

- Creative and analytical thinker, with strong collaborative skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize issues/escalations, and manage many projects simultaneously

- HTML, Shopify, and Klaviyo knowledge a plus
- Proven ability to understand a customer's needs and create strategies that support business
goals/objectives
- Solid background in designing for digital with an emphasis on B2B or B2C Ecommerce and
image-conscious brands and corporations
- An extensive online portfolio that includes samples of user research/visual design and your rationale
behind the proposed solutions
- Proven experience engaging in team interaction with a high degree of autonomy
- Familiar with AD Platforms
- Optimizing/Scaling AD Creatives
- Familiar with SEO Optimization
- Must have experience working with eCommerce websites/platforms especially Shopify
