We are looking for a passionate and experienced Content & Email Marketing Executive Intern to join our growing team. This role will involve managing the creation of 2-3 engaging newsletters per week, as well as developing creative content for our digital and social media channels. You will collaborate closely with the Director during weekly meetings to plan ahead for marketing strategies, promotional campaigns, and new initiatives.
As the Content & Email Marketing Executive Intern, you will be responsible for crafting compelling stories, designing visually appealing newsletters, and ensuring consistency in our brand voice across all platforms. Your role will also include forward planning of digital content and assisting in broader marketing efforts.
The ideal candidate should have a background in marketing, with hands-on experience in content creation and design. A passion for storytelling, marketing, and creativity is essential for this role.
Responsibilities:
Newsletter Marketing: Plan and create 2-3 newsletters per week aligned with marketing strategies, ensuring consistent brand identity. Track performance and optimize future campaigns.
Design Work: Design engaging email templates, social media graphics, and promotional materials using Canva. Utilize Klaviyo for email marketing (training provided) and edit videos with CapCut or similar tools.
Social Media Creativity: Develop creative content ideas for TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook, keeping up with trends. Ensure all content maintains the brand's look and feel.
Content Creation & Shooting: Shoot and edit high-quality content for newsletters and social media. Plan and direct creative shoots that reflect the brand identity.
Social Media Enthusiast: Collaborate with the Founder to launch and manage a community channel while driving social engagement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in email marketing, content creation, or digital marketing.
Proficiency in email marketing platforms (Klaviyo experience preferred, but training available).
Strong design skills with experience using Canva or similar tools.
Experience in video editing (CapCut or similar software) and basic graphic design.
Deep understanding of social media platforms, particularly TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
Passion for social media trends, digital marketing, and creating engaging content.
Ability to plan and execute content that aligns with marketing strategies and brand identity.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with the Director and marketing team.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
