Responsibilities: · Be responsible for content quality assurance, which includes researching, proofreading (ensuring correct grammar, spelling, and format), reviewing, fact-checking, and editing articles and other content.
· Ensure the accuracy of details in articles, photos, videos, graphics, layouts, and other content types.
· Collaborate with the editorial/content team to plan, coordinate, and execute the publishing of engaging and informative content.
· Perform additional tasks as assigned from time to time.
· Provide reporting and insights to the immediate supervisor on relevant trends, emerging technologies, best practices, KPIs, and content opportunities.
· Archive web-based information and research for future needs and reference.
· Ensure that the company's messages across different channels are aligned with the approved tone of voice and branding guidelines.
· Regularly review and submit recommended improvements on recent and old content to ensure content remains accurate and up to date.
Qualifications: · Bachelor's degree in journalism, Communications, English, or a related field.
· Minimum of 3 years of experience in content editing, proofreading, and fact-checking.
· Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
· Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and SEO best practices.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Proven ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Familiarity with digital media trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
· Experience with social media platforms and strategies.
· Adept at adapting content to various formats and platforms.
