Content Developer For Training

Work with the Chief Learning Officer to design world class learning experiences (self paced and Instructor-Led) for our employees and clients through our in-house University Create engaging and interactive learning materials, including lesson plans, presentations, assessments, activities, and multimedia resources Work in conjunction with the different departments to conduct needs assessments to identify learning goals, objectives, and learner needs, and use findings to inform curriculum development Review and revise curriculum materials to ensure accuracy, effectiveness, and alignment with standards and requirements Manage multiple curriculum development projects simultaneously, adhering to timelines and budgets, and communicating progress to stakeholders Conduct Train the Trainer sessions for new materials in preparation for its launch into training delivery Design and Create Training content for Clients who avail of the service 1-2 years experience in content development and learning design Experience in building Learning Plans (Organizational Development) Experience building training materials from scratch and turning them into full-fledged training agendas Proficiency in using content-building tools Preferably with Official Certification in Learning and Module Design Preferably background in Leadership Development is a plus HMO Group Life Insurance Benefit Virtual Credit Card Paid Leaves Government Benefits Other exciting benefits to be discussed Supplemental pay types: 13th month salary Overtime pay Night Differential #J-18808-Ljbffr
