Social Media Content Creation: Develop content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Instagram, ensuring that each piece aligns with the platforms unique style and audience expectations. Brand Messaging: Follow and implement the messaging guidelines set by the Marketing Team, ensuring that all content aligns with the companys branding and tone. Social Media Management Support: Assist in managing the company's social media accounts by scheduling posts, engaging with the audience, and monitoring page activity to maintain a consistent and professional online presence. Content Calendar: Work with the Marketing Team to maintain a content calendar that outlines scheduled posts, campaigns, and content initiatives, ensuring timely and relevant content delivery. Engagement Tracking: Track the performance of content on various platforms, providing insights and recommendations to improve engagement and reach. Collaborative Projects: Collaborate with the Marketing and Design teams to develop multimedia content for campaigns and other branding efforts. Requirements & Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in content creation, social media management, or a related role that involves producing and managing digital content. Content Creation Skills: Strong skills in creating multimedia content, including video editing, graphic design, and writing. Social Media Knowledge: Deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices, particularly for Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Instagram. Creativity: Ability to develop creative ideas that align with brand messaging and captivate target audiences. Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities, including managing a content calendar, tracking deadlines, and prioritizing tasks effectively. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to convey ideas clearly and engagingly.
