Are you a seasoned marketing professional with a flair for content creation and social media? We're on the hunt for a dynamic Content Creation and Marketing Specialist to join our team full-time! If you're experienced, innovative, and ready to drive our brand forward, we'd love to hear from you!
What You'll Do:
·Marketing Campaigns and Social Media Management
oTeam up with the Marketing Head to develop and manage killer marketing campaigns.
oPlan and implement creative campaigns across various channels (website, social media, events).
oCollaborate with the Marketing Team to ensure design and content align with brand messaging.
oMonitor and evaluate marketing and sales performance, tweaking strategies as needed.
oHelp prepare and manage marketing budgets.
oConduct market research for thought leadership and competitive insights.
oOversee all brand pages and social media accounts, responding to comments and inquiries promptly.
oFoster relationships with influencers and partners to expand our reach.
·Content Strategy, Planning, and Creation
oDevelop and manage a comprehensive content marketing strategy and calendar.
oCreate engaging, on-brand content for various channels (website, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
oProduce a variety of content types (images, videos, articles, infographics, blog posts).
oEnsure content aligns with brand strategy and meets customer needs.
oCollaborate with internal teams to create relevant content that achieves marketing objectives.
oDecide on brand identity elements like look, tone, style, and taglines.
oStay compliant with copyright and data protection laws.
oKeep up with industry trends, emerging content formats, and digital marketing best practices.
·Marketing Campaigns Implementation and Performance Reporting
oPublish marketing content across identified channels.
oRegularly update the brand website, social media pages, and content.
oEnsure consistency across all brand channels.
oTarget content to specific audiences and focus on trending topics.
oRefine content and social media strategies based on performance data and trends.
oWork with relevant teams to execute planned brand events.
oMonitor content performance metrics and provide data-driven recommendations.
oUse tools like Google Analytics and Facebook Insights to track performance.
oProvide regular reports to the Marketing Head with key metrics and insights.
What You'll Bring:
·Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
·5+ years of experience in content strategy, planning, and social media management.
·A strong portfolio showcasing work across multiple formats and platforms.
·3+ years of experience in content production and management.
·Proficiency with design platforms (Photoshop, Canva).
·Experience with major social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok).
·Proficiency with content management systems (CMS) and social media platforms.
·Knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics.
·Excellent writing and editing skills in English and Tagalog.
·A strong understanding of digital marketing trends and tools.
·Creativity, attention to detail, and a keen eye for design.
·An ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
·Proactive, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects.
·Strong organizational and time-management skills.
·An ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
·Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven results.
·Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Slack.
