The Contact Processing Center Specialist is responsible for efficiently managing incoming and outgoing communications within the Contact Processing Center. This role involves processing customer inquiries, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The specialist will collaborate with various teams to provide timely responses and solutions to customer needs.

Qualifications: SHS Graduates with at least 6 months and above work experienceHigh School Graduates with at least 6 months of continuous call center experienceWilling to work on holidays and weekendsWilling to work the night shift and on shifting schedules Benefits:
