**Job Overview:**

We are looking for an energetic and resourceful Contact Center Specialist to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support while effectively handling inquiries and resolving issues. Your strategic planning abilities and excellent communication skills will be vital in ensuring our customers have a positive experience with Phoenix Petroleum.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Customer Interaction**: Engage with customers through multiple channels (phone, email, and chat), answering queries about our products and services promptly and professionally.

- **Issue Resolution**: Identify customer needs and effectively resolve complaints or issues using company policies and procedures while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

- **Data Maintenance**: Accurately record customer feedback and sales data into the CRM system to ensure our records are updated and comprehensive.

- **Product Knowledge**: Maintain an in-depth understanding of product offerings and services to provide knowledgeable assistance to customers and identify opportunities for upselling additional services.

- **Collaboration**: Work with other departments, such as Sales, Marketing, and Technical Support, to provide seamless service to our customers by escalating issues when necessary.

- **Performance Metrics**: Meet and strive to exceed established performance metrics such as response time, customer satisfaction scores, and call resolution rates.

- **Continuous Improvement**: Participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance individual and team performance and contribute to the development of better processes.

- **Crisis Management**: Apply strategic planning in managing customer escalations and feedback while creatively finding solutions to increase overall customer loyalty.

**Requirements:**

- **Education**: A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

- **Experience**: Minimum of 4 years in a contact center or customer service role, with proven experience in a fast-paced environment.

- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with data entry and management.

- **Personality Traits**:
- Energetic and enthusiastic approach to work and customer interactions.
- Resourceful in problem-solving and adapting to various situations.

- **Soft Skills**:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate information clearly and effectively.
