Job Description:
Peddlr is seeking a Contact Center Specialist to join our team on a part-time, remote basis. As an Entry Level Contact Center Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients. This position is ideal for energetic and hardworking individuals who possess strong critical thinking and negotiation skills.
Responsibilities:- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries- Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner- Provide product information and assistance to customers- Process orders, returns, and exchanges- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members- Meet or exceed KPIs for call resolution and customer satisfaction- Continuously improve customer service skills through training and development opportunities
Requirements:- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment- Excellent problem-solving abilities- High school diploma or equivalent- Must have access to a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
