### Job Description

Plentina is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic **Contact Center Representative** to join our remote team. ### Qualifications

- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or contact center environment, preferably in a remote capacity.

- **Education**: A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional certifications or coursework in customer service, communications, or a related field is a plus.

- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in using various communication tools, CRM systems, and standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
