#### Overview
Tanduay Distillers, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and motivated Contact Center Representative to join our dynamic team. This part-time, work-from-home position offers the opportunity to contribute to a globally recognized brand while enjoying the flexibility of remote work. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a knack for negotiation, and effective time management abilities to handle customer inquiries efficiently.

#### Responsibilities
- **Customer Interaction:** Serve as the initial point of contact for customer inquiries, providing high-quality service via phone, email, and chat. Address customer concerns professionally, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
- **Information Dissemination:** Provide accurate information regarding product details, promotions, and company policies. Ensure customers are well-informed about our offerings to facilitate their decision-making process.
- **Issue Resolution:** Identify customer issues and take ownership to provide appropriate solutions. Collaborate with relevant departments to escalate and resolve complex issues promptly.
- **Data Management:** Maintain and update customer records with relevant information after interactions. Utilize the CRM system to track customer interactions and follow up when necessary.
- **Sales Support:** Assist customers with their purchases, including payment processing and order placement. Engage in upselling and cross-selling when appropriate to enhance customer experiences and meet sales targets.
- **Feedback Utilization:** Gather customer feedback and share insights with the management team to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
- **Team Collaboration:** Work collaboratively with colleagues across global teams, contributing to a unified working environment. Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
- **Performance Tracking:** Meet performance metrics as outlined, including response time, customer satisfaction scores, and issue resolution ratings.

#### Requirements
- **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree or higher preferred.
- **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software. Familiarity with remote work tools and technology.
- **Soft Skills:**
- Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks and prioritize customer requests.
- Proven negotiation skills to manage customer expectations and resolve conflicts effectively.
- **Personality Traits:**

- **Location Requirements:** Must reside in Cebu, Central Visayas, PH, and have a stable internet connection conducive to remote work.
