**Job Description:**
Humble Sustainability is on the lookout for a motivated and enthusiastic Contact Center Representative to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in helping us foster excellent relationships with our clients while promoting sustainable practices. You will be responsible for handling incoming calls, assessing customer inquiries, providing viable solutions, and ensuring complete customer satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities:**

- **Customer Interaction:** Handle inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, providing accurate information about our products and services, and assisting with complaints and issues in a professional manner.
- **Customer Relationship Management:** Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and objectives, ensuring they feel valued and supported.
- **Problem Resolution:** Identify issues or potential problems faced by customers; provide recommendations and solutions efficiently while adhering to company policies.
- **Documentation:** Accurately record customer interactions, manage databases, and maintain detailed notes on issues and resolutions for follow-up and quality assurance purposes.
- **Product Knowledge:** Stay well-informed about Humble Sustainability's products, services, and sustainability practices to provide informed responses to customer queries.
- **Research:** Conduct research when necessary to enhance customer service experience by proposing additional solutions or services.
- **Team Collaboration:** Work closely with team members to ensure knowledge sharing and alignment on customer service best practices, and contribute to a positive team environment.
- **Feedback Loop:** Collect feedback from customers regarding their experiences and provide insights to management to help refine processes and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- **Training and Development:** Engage in ongoing training and development opportunities to continually improve service delivery and personal growth.

**Key Requirements:**

- **Experience:** Minimum of 1 year in a customer service or contact center role, preferably in a sustainability-focused environment.
- **Education:** High school diploma required; further education, especially in environmental studies or related fields, is a plus.
- **Personality Traits:**
- **Confident:** Must possess a confident demeanor to effectively communicate with customers and understand varied inquiries.
- **Driven:** Must demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong desire to exceed performance expectations.

- **Soft Skills:**
- **Research Ability:** Must be adept at gathering and synthesizing information to provide meaningful responses and solutions to customers.
- **Teamwork:** Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, offering support and assistance when necessary to achieve team objectives.

- **Technical Skills:** Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with contact center technologies is a plus.
- **Language Skills:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
- **Customer-focused:** A genuine interest in helping others and a dedication to sustainability and customer satisfaction.
