### Job Description

Great Deals E-commerce Corporation is looking for a motivated and dynamic Contact Center Officer to join our remote team. As an integral part of our customer service department, you will contribute to delivering exceptional service to our valued clients across various channels while building strong, long-lasting relationships. This is a part-time, entry-level position seeking candidates with at least 1 year of relevant experience who are ready to take their customer service skills to the next level.

### Key Responsibilities

- **Customer Interaction**: Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and emails professionally. Address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information about products and services.

- **Problem Solving**: Utilize strong analytical skills to understand customer concerns and implement effective solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

- **Follow-Up**: Maintain consistent communication with customers post-interaction to ensure issue resolution and enhance customer experience.

- **Data Entry and Record Keeping**: Accurately document customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system. Maintain detailed records of customer inquiries, concerns, and resolutions for reporting and analysis purposes.

- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with fellow team members to achieve overall customer service goals. Share insights and suggestions to improve processes and customer interactions.

- **Product Knowledge**: Stay updated on product features, offerings, and policies to provide accurate information and effectively assist customers.

- **Presentation and Training**: Participate in training programs to improve service skills and engage in team meetings to present ideas or solutions based on customer feedback and trends.

- **Special Projects**: Support the contact center management in different initiatives and projects designed to enhance overall service quality and customer satisfaction.

### Qualifications

**Education & Experience**:
- Bachelor's Degree in any field is preferred, or equivalent experience in customer service or contact center operations.
- 1 year of experience in a customer service role, preferably within a contact center environment.

- **Confident**: Possess a strong sense of self-assurance to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
- **Energetic**: Display enthusiasm and positivity in all interactions, contributing to a lively and encouraging work atmosphere.

- **Presentation Skills**: Proficient in conveying ideas clearly and engagingly, whether in writing or verbally; capable of presenting information effectively during training or team meetings.

**Technical Skills**:
- Proficiency in using computers and various software applications, including CRM systems, word processing, and spreadsheet applications.
- Ability to navigate online resources efficiently to assist customers and manage inquiries.
