Job Description:

NextPay is seeking a Contact Center Officer to join our team on a full-time basis. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely from Cebu, Central Visayas, PH. As an Entry Level Contact Center Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various communication channels.

Responsibilities:
1. Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
2. Assist customers with account inquiries, technical issues, and general support.
3. Research and resolve customer complaints and issues effectively.
4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
5. Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.
6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
7. Meet and exceed performance metrics related to customer satisfaction, response time, and resolution rate.
8. Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:
1. Resourceful and driven individual with a strong desire to provide excellent customer service.
2. Excellent research and planning skills to effectively address customer inquiries and issues.
3. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting.
5. High school diploma or equivalent.
6. No prior experience required - training will be provided.
7. Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work.
