Expedock is seeking a dynamic and experienced Contact Center Manager to join our team in Makati, NCR, PH. As a part-time position with a mid-to-senior level of seniority, the Contact Center Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing the operations of our contact center and ensuring the highest level of customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of contact center agents to achieve performance targets and KPIs
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention
- Monitor and analyze contact center metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Train and coach contact center agents to enhance their skills and performance
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in contact center management

Requirements:
- 8 years of experience in contact center management
- Adaptable and driven personality traits
- Strong critical thinking and attention to detail skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding performance targets
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred)
