Contact Center Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

Machine Ventures is seeking a dedicated and confident Contact Center Associate to join our team on a full-time basis. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely from Makati, NCR, PH. As an Entry Level position, we require at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:
1. Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.
2. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
3. Utilize innovative solutions to meet customer needs and exceed expectations.
4. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
6. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
7. Continuously improve knowledge of products and services to better assist customers.

Requirements:
1. Personality traits: Dedicated and confident.

3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
4. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
5. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
6. Proficiency in using CRM software and other contact center tools.
