- **Team Collaboration:** Work cohesively with team members and departments to enhance the customer service experience and drive operational efficiencies.
- **Adherence to Policies:** Follow company policies, procedures, and guidelines to maintain quality of service and compliance with industry standards.
- **Customer Education:** Proactively educate customers on product usage, features, and promotional offers, increasing customer satisfaction and retention.
- **Feedback & Improvement:** Gather and report customer feedback to relevant departments to help highlight areas for service improvement.
### **Requirements:**
- **Educational Background:** High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in a customer service-related field is a plus.
