Job Description:

Xepto Computing, a leading technology company based in Quezon City, NCR, PH, is seeking a Contact Center Assistant to join our remote work team. This part-time role at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. As a Contact Center Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through phone, email, and chat support.

Responsibilities:- Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner- Providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers experiencing technical issues- Handling customer complaints and resolving issues to the customer's satisfaction- Documenting all customer interactions and maintaining accurate records- Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience- Participating in training sessions to stay current on product knowledge and best practices- Meeting individual and team performance targets

Requirements:- Energetic and independent individual who thrives in a remote work environment- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software- Experience in a contact center or customer service role is preferred- Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus
