Contact Center Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:

Plentina is seeking a passionate and energetic Contact Center Assistant to join our remote team based in Cebu, Central Visayas, PH. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a contact center or customer service role.

Responsibilities:
- Handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries from customers
- Providing excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating as needed
- Conducting research as needed to provide accurate information to customers
- Maintaining detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Assisting in the development of customer service strategies and procedures
- Collaborating with other team members to improve overall customer experience
- Meeting or exceeding established performance metrics and goals

Requirements:
- Must have a minimum of 4 years of experience in a contact center or customer service role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software applications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
- Passion for customer service and providing exceptional support to customers
