Job Description:

1Export, a global e-commerce company, is seeking a Contact Center Assistant to join our team on a part-time, remote basis. As an Entry Level position with no years of experience required, this is a great opportunity for individuals looking to gain valuable experience in the e-commerce industry.

Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and orders through various communication channels such as email and chat.
- Provide excellent customer service by resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Keep up-to-date with product information and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
- Assist in resolving customer complaints and escalations.

Requirements:
- Independent and hardworking personality traits.
- Strong negotiation and cooperation skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work remotely and independently.
