Job Description:

Acudeen Technologies is seeking a Contact Center Assistant to join our team in Antipolo, Calabarzon, PH. This part-time entry-level position is perfect for individuals who are resilient, passionate, and possess strong negotiation and emotional intelligence skills.

Responsibilities:
1. Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers and clients.
2. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our products and services.
3. Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars for the contact center team.
4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
5. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
6. Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
7. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.

Requirements:
1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
3. Strong negotiation skills and emotional intelligence.
4. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
7. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
