**Job Description:**

**Responsibilities:**

1. **Customer Support:**
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and product-related questions.
- Provide accurate information and resolve issues efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while engaging with customers.

2. **Communication:**
- Effectively communicate with customers using clear and friendly language.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the contact center system for future reference.

3. **Presentation Support:**
- Assist in preparing presentations and informational materials for customers and internal meetings.
- Contribute to the strategic planning of initiatives aimed at improving customer experience.

4. **Collaboration:**
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer service experience.
- Share ideas and insights with the team to enhance operational efficiency and drive innovation.

5. **Training and Development:**
- Participate in training sessions to develop product knowledge and customer service skills.
- Seek feedback and act upon it to continuously improve personal performance and customer interactions.

6. **Data Management:**
- Assist in gathering and compiling customer feedback for analysis to aid in service improvement strategies.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information in compliance with company policies.

7. **Problem Solving:**
- Demonstrate problem-solving skills by identifying issues and proposing solutions to enhance service delivery.

**Requirements:**

- **Educational Background:** High School Diploma or equivalent required; pursuing or completed a degree in business, communication, or a related field is a plus.
- **Personality Traits:**
- Reliable: Consistently be punctual, dependable, and present for shifts.
- Energetic: Maintain a positive attitude and enthusiasm during all customer interactions.

- **Soft Skills:**
- Strong presentation skills, capable of clearly and effectively conveying information.
- Strategic planning abilities to think critically about customer service processes and suggest improvements.

- **Technical Skills:** Basic proficiency in using computers and navigating software applications; familiarity with contact center systems is an advantage but not required.

- **Availability:** Must be available to work part-time, including evenings and weekends as needed.
