Care for customers in accordance with ClearSource standards of quality: Accuracy – always give only correct information and follow established processes. Connection – emotionally connect the customer with our client's brand. Ease – focus on one-contact resolution while minimizing the customer's time and effort to resolve the issue. Received inbound calls and do outbound calls. Assist existing homeowners with renewals or transition of policy. Communicating with homeowners and/or real estate agents via phone, email, to discuss their coverage options. Answering questions regarding the coverage terms and conditions, benefits, and limitations of the home warranty. Following up on expiring, expired policies, missed payments, and lapsed renewals. Assessing the needs and preferences of clients to provide customized home warranty renewal solutions. Do outbound calls from Clickpoint only to renew or transition policy. Assist homeowner to process new accounts/policy if there is a new property from existing customer. Attend to meeting on time. Acknowledging updates and reminders timely via teams or emails. Updating daily sales tracker completely and accurately. Meeting or exceeding sales targets and objectives set by management.
