**Qualifications**:

- At least completed 2 years in College/K-12/HS Grad/SHS Graduate or, or any equivalent Tech-Voc course.
- With at least up to 1 months work experience in BPO
- Applicants with no BPO experience but have a background in the Electronics industry (educational or work experience) are welcome to apply
- Good - Excellent communication skill
- Has a good customer service orientation
- Willing to train onsite
- Willing to work at Aura Taguig

**Responsibilities**:

- Providing day-to-day customer service support to customers needs based on client account services or products
- Prioritizes and escalates support incidents and requests based on business impact and documented guidelines
- Utilizes soft skills and troubleshooting skills to resolve client issues and questions
- Ensuring quality support and customer satisfaction
- Ability to answer questions about specs of any phone that has been released

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: Php16,000.00 - Php23,000.00 per month
