Your Role and ResponsibilitiesAs an entry level Package Consultant at IBM, you will help to assist clients in the selection, implementation, and production support of application packaged solutions, such as SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Workday, or SharePoint solution suite, to meet client needs. Leveraging a growth mindset, you're ready and willing to deliver business value, wherever needed. In your role, you may be responsible for:
Assisting clients in selection, implementation, and support of packagesMaking strategic recommendations and leveraging business knowledge to drive solutions for clients and their managementRunning or supporting workshops, meetings, and stakeholder interviewsDeveloping process maps to understand As-Is and To-Be scenariosUsing IBM's Design Thinking to help solve client's challengesRequired Technical and Professional ExpertiseMust have experience on SAP HANA BASIS for the following:
Administration of existing SAP Systems in a 24X7-support modelHandled administration of SAP may include SAP ECC, CRM, PI/PO, BW/BI, GRC, FIORI, HANA, .Net weaver, SSO, Portal, Net Weaver components, and Open text and Solution Manager.Demonstrated consulting background in providing both technical delivery and advisory services in a senior roleExperience in Real world SAP HANA BASISExperience in backup/Restore/Recovery of SAP/Oracle installations, Server Monitoring and optimizing techniquesPerforming both release and Support Package Stack upgrades for ABAP and JAVA SSO and SSL configuration, resolving certification issues.Performing client administrationWorking knowledge on Unix/Linux - Windows operating systems.Preferred Technical and Professional ExpertiseS/4 HANA certification and implementation project is a plus
