Your Role and Responsibilities
The Finance and Accounting Cluster Leader is a leadership position responsible for the services strategy within a major part of the Finance BPO Delivery organization. Responsibilities for this position include development and implementation of business strategies with executive review.
Establish objectives, create business policies and operational guidelines, and set long-term plans.Develop and approve plans for service offerings, processes, operations, business controls, expenses, resources, training, customer satisfaction, and other business objectives.Provide expert advice and guidance to other managers and business professionals in the Finance BPO service business.Have overall responsibility for the results of multiple departments within the span of control and provide direction to multiple managers and high-level direction to department employees.Responsible for delivery of highly visible services that contribute significantly to the achievement of customer satisfaction, cost, expense, and other business objectives. Key Skills Environment: Professional knowledge of function, business unit, or country operations. Understand organizational resources, priorities, needs, and policies.Communication/Negotiation: Guide other professionals. Adapt communications and approaches to conclude negotiations with various partners, resulting in common agreements.Problem Solving: Analyze complex/new situations, anticipate potential problems and future trends, assess opportunities, impacts, and risks. Develop and implement solutions.Contribution/Leadership: Leads multi-functional teams or conducts special projects, or manages department(s) (national or international). Has vision of functional or unit mission.Impact on Business/Scope: Accountable for projects or programs involving multi-functional, country-wide, or regional teams. A minimum of 15 years experience in the following fields:
Commercial Finance BPO DeliveryCapability Management (Center Leader role)People Management (includes Engagement, Succession)Stakeholder Management and Client Facing Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise Strong communication and meeting facilitation skillsStrong business operations knowledgeGood leadership skillsExperience managing in a multi-client environment
