Consultant (Deel) - Marketing - Philippines

Location: Philippines The Consultant - Marketing develops and executes overall marketing programs within a specifically defined geographical area. Develops or participates in development of local tactics, sales objectives and profit objectives. Analyzes market trends in order to develop advertising and promotion plans that maximize the effectiveness of local expenditures in addressing market opportunities. Works with local identified boards and agencies ensuring the most effective, efficient local marketing and promotional plans to increase sales in franchise markets. This position is a key link between the regional and local/territory marketing, ensuring both are aligned resulting in additional traffic. Responsibilities: Work with Local Marketing Boards, franchisees and agencies to support regions to develop marketing plans, ensuring sales objectives are met. Where franchisees contribute financial support to the organization's marketing activities, must ensure that marketing policies and plans meet franchisee needs. Partner with key stakeholders to develop short-and long-term marketing and media plans in Philippines. Based on research, formulates and presents marketing policies and plans for region/local advertising and sales promotion campaigns locally. Provide input into National Marketing programs and strategy; responsible for enabling local regions to execute these programs effectively on a local level. Manage day to day execution of brand plans and provide strategic brand direction and lead efforts with creative, media and PR agencies. Manage budget forecast and spending and ensure monies are spent to maximize efficiencies and sales. Assist the company's regional team with regional initiatives. Qualifications & Experience:
5-7 years food experience preferably with agency or corporate brand marketing teams. Proficiency in digital marketing channels, including social media, content marketing, KOL engagement, SEM and online ad formats Convey and articulate marketing strategies Strong design sense and able to brief agencies and vendors effectively Able to oversee and coordinate multiple marketing initiatives simultaneously Please note this will be an employment via DEEL EOR.
