Please submit your CV in English. We are growing our cyber security team. The team provides strategic and technical cyber security consulting to help clients reduce their risk, secure their information, and respond to incidents.
We are looking for information security and consulting professionals with a passion for helping clients around the world secure their business and manage their cyber risk.
Tasks and responsibilities Under the direction of senior staff, the Consultant will support the business and contribute to individual and client-facing outputs in the following areas:
Delivering Engagements Deliver projects (e.g., assess cyber risk, assess program maturity, develop strategic and technical program recommendations, develop, and deliver training and exercises)Support senior staff who consult directly with client executives, management and security teamsSupport senior staff who work with partners to deliver client solutionsServe on incident response teamsSupporting Business Development Participate in client meetingsContribute to proposals for future client workRecognize opportunities for new businessWrite articles and thought leadership content to further Control Risks' expert brandSupporting the growth of the cyber security consulting program Help to refine our cyber security risk approachesContribute to program infrastructure, tools and methodologiesCollaborate with consultants in other Control Risks departmentsConduct market research, vet solutions, and undertake other directed research projectsKnowledge and experience Professional knowledge of information security and risk principlesExperience addressing enterprise information securityProject management experienceAbility to translate technical analysis into actionable recommendations, in both written and verbal communicationsKnowledge of secure architecture and configuration for various network topologies and endpoint environmentsKnowledge of relevant IT and cyber security frameworks like (but not limited to): NIST CSF (and associated cyber publications), CIS, ISO 27001, SOX, PCI DSS, etc.Understanding of cyber and geopolitical threat actors, attack tools and methodsAbility to produce and deliver well-crafted deliverables for clientsExcellent English-language written and verbal communication skillsQualifications and specialist skills At least 3-5 years directly relevant professional experience in IT, cyber security, or intelligence analysis related to technical intelligence, OSINT tradecraft.Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred in information security, cybersecurity, computer science, information systems management, computer engineering or related discipline. Experience is valuable and non-technical degrees are encouraged with relevant experience.Concentrated experience in at least one information security domain (e.g., security operations, threat intelligence, strategic analysis, forensics, incident response, penetration testing, etc.)Possess or ability to earn one or more relevant industry certifications (Sec+, Network+, CISSP, CISM, CCSP, CCSK, GSEC, GPEN, GCIH, etc)Control Risks offers a competitively positioned compensation and benefits package that is transparent and summarized in the full job offer.
