Construction Secretary

**Work Location**:

- Brgy.
Buntay Tanauan Leyte (near Land Bank)

**Qualifications**:

- Graduate a Bachelor's degree of Accounting, Office Administration, or any related course
- Preferably with 1 year working experience in administrative position gained from construction industry
- With strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills

**Essential Functions**:

- Responsible for handling all of the day-to-day tasks involved in construction site
- Handles timekeeping and various secretarial works
- Secure confidential information and documents

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: Php12,000.00 - Php13,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Tacloban, Leyte: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Office Administration: 1 year (preferred)
- Secretary: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
