Construction Manager

As a Construction Manager, your tasks and responsibilities would entail:

1. Executing contracts of various contractors and suppliers and ensuring that copy of contracts is in place at the project site office
2. Overseeing Contractors Quality Control and Safety Programme
3. Maintaining full-time competent staff on site to coordinate the works, and provide proper direction to all staff as well as the contractors and suppliers
4. Securing shop drawings, material submittal, and request for information from contractors and suppliers for review by the consultants.
5. Monitoring milestone events previously established and update schedule
6. Taking care of orders for long lead materials and equipment necessary for the project
7. Reviewing the draft O & M Manual submitted by contractors
8. Preparing Quality Control tools
9. Maintaining a fully detailed Project Logbook
