CONSTRUCTION MANAGER Job Description Qualifications: Graduate of BS Civil Engineer and with PRC license (licensed civil engineer) With minimum of eight (8) years of related work experience In depth understanding of construction procedures, materials and project management and horizontal projects. principles. Familiarity with quality, environmental, health and safety standards Outstanding communication ang negotiation skills. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong leadership abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office and construction/ project management software. Duties and Responsibilities: Manages all phases of construction project including coordination with project engineer on required workers, materials and equipment and ensures that specifications are followed and work in proceeding on schedule and within the budget. Monitors all works with regards to operations, including project accomplishment, billing and collection. Select and coordinates work of subcontractors working on various phases of the project. Ensures proper administration of construction contracts and obtaining of all necessary permits and licenses. Prepare and submit monthly accomplishment report and monthly collection report. Reports to the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer about progress and any necessary modifications of plans. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
