Construction Management Officer

**Roles & Responsibilities**:
**Pre-Construction**
- Construction Management Officer will check and submit comments on the plans and proposed timeline to the Project Manager
- Discuss any concerns related to utilities, HVAC, kitchen equipment and IT service providers with the Project Manager before execution
- Coordinate with the Project Managers and Store Operations on the delivery schedule of OSMs and work permits

**Construction**
- Closely coordinate with Project Manager on monitoring conversion works and ensure compliance with plans, specifications and timelines
- Report to the Project Manager the attendance of all service providers and suppliers on a daily basis
- Responsible for raising inquiries on conflicts on plans against actual site conditions to Project Managers for possible solutions
- Submit daily reports/updates to the Project Manager

**Post-Construction**
- Ensure all works have been completed.
Check works for punchlists and ensure service providers will acknowledge and give schedules for rectification
- Provide/submit complete close-out documentations to the Project Manager
- Ensure attendance during GO LIVE

**Position Qualifications**:

- Preferably with 1-3 years of experience in F&B construction/renovation projects
- Willing to take on night shift/graveyard shift
- Should be able to work without supervision
- Self-starter and has the agility and flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment

**Education**:

- BS in Civil Engineering or Architecture

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term

**Salary**: Php30,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
