SALARY BUDGET: ?80,000 - ?100,000 + Additional Leave + Transportation Service Provided
WORK SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday, Day Shift; Willing to work overtime
- Must be 40 years old or below
- Willing to START ASAP
- Amenable to report to QUEZON CITY; Willing to travel

- Must be a Licensed Philippine Civil / Structural Engineer (Graduate of BS Civil Engineering)
- At least 10-15 years of professional work experience in the Construction Philippines industry and 7 years of Managerial Experience
- Proven managerial leadership experience of at least 7 years (Middle Leadership); Has strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- At least 5 years of experience in using a Construction Management Software
- Proven experience in construction management (preferably took up Construction / Project Management for Masters), with track record of successful project completion
- Has a strong understanding of construction principles, processes, techniques, and materials
- Proficient in construction software / understand the use of these computer aided applications
- Demonstrate proficiency in industry-related codes specific to the Philippines
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Critical thinker with a keen eye for detail
