Construction Logistics Officer

Job Description:? Ensure all logistics requirement of the construction operations are provided and implemented in a timely manner? Check and maintain the physical condition of different construction facilities by planning and implementing new design or layouts; inspecting equipment and issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement? Safeguard construction facility operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols? Ensure complete logistics preparedness and contingency plan for all logistics requirements ? Ensure completeness and accuracy of documentation and other reportorial requirements? Assist the Construction Logistics Group in other administrative and office-related tasks that may be assigned Job Qualifications: ? Graduate of BS Civil Engineering ? At least 3 years of working experience in the related field? Must have background and experience in construction management preferably in a real estate industry? Must be willing to do fieldwork from time to time in the different project sites (Cavite, Laguna, Bulacan)? Must be organized and proficient with MS Offices (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) ? Good reporting and documentation skills ? Must have strong leadership and communication skills? Preferably can START ASAP
