Planate Management Group (PMG) is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) headquartered in Alexandria, Virginia, and Orlando, Florida USA with technical support centers in South East Asia and East Africa, that provide program management and facilities engineering services worldwide. Planate is a small business provider of planning, design, infrastructure management, technical consulting, engineering, and construction management services in support of the US Department of Defense (DOD) and its service (Army, Air Force, Navy, Marine Corps) missions, along with other federal agencies, all over the world. The Construction Inspector will be responsible for QA/QC checks of active construction projects nationwide.
Based on the market data, our salary range for this position is Php30-40k/month (the range varies depending on experience and qualifications).
Key responsibilities: Ensure that all construction projects conform to design documents, safety and infection control standardsWill have oversight of active projectsCertify that the contractor is conforming to proper construction practices and overall quality assurance of constructionPerform construction site inspections including documentation of findings Attend key meetings for various phases of constructionReview drawings, specifications, submittals, RFIs and other contract documentsProvide regular feedback and recommendationsPerforms other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate. Qualifications To be successful in the role:? Registered Civil Engineer with at least 7 years of construction inspection experienceWilling to undergo the following certification training: oICC Structural Steel and Bolting Special Inspector certificate
oICC Reinforced Concrete Special Inspector Certificate
oICC Soils Special Inspector Certificate or NICET Soils Technician Level II Certificate in Construction Material Testing
