Job Description Job Description: Manage all aspects of construction projects within the assigned area, from initiation to completion, while ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and contractual requirements. Supervise and lead construction teams, subcontractors, and vendors, providing direction, guidance, and support to achieve project objectives. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress against established milestones and deliverables. Oversee procurement of materials, equipment, and resources necessary for construction projects, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effectiveness. Implement and enforce safety protocols and regulations on construction sites, conducting regular inspections and addressing any safety concerns or violations promptly. Manage project budgets, expenditures, and financial forecasts, tracking costs, identifying variances, and implementing corrective actions as needed to ensure profitability and cost efficiency. Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates on project status, addressing concerns, and resolving issues to maintain positive client relationships and satisfaction. Prepare and present project reports, including progress updates, financial analysis, and risk assessments, to senior management and stakeholders. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field Master's degree or professional certifications (e.g., PMP) is an advantage. Minimum of 15 years of experience in construction management, with a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate construction teams and subcontractors to achieve project goals. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders and build positive relationships. In-depth knowledge of construction processes, methods, materials, and equipment, as well as relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards. Proficiency in project management software, scheduling tools, and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to travel within the assigned area and work extended hours as necessary to meet project requirements
