Construction And Design Coordinator

- Assess the service needs of the store and connect them with the correct provider/contractor- Create and maintain a directory of service providers and resources- Create and maintain a database of store and contractors contact number- Assess store issues and/or concern and provide recommendations to fix problems- Ensure each store is given necessary services and follow up to fill ongoing service needs- Maintain good relationships with contractors and store team member- Expand the list of resources and providers to assure there are no gaps in services- Answer telephones and respond to email inquiries in all service-related concerns- Tracks and documents change orders to ensure proper billing at project completion.- Receives inbound requests for additional material from field and determines proper course of action with purchasing.- Works with field service technicians to ensure all aspects of job are complete.- Ensures accurate records of all field service calls are maintained.- Reviews all supplier/contractor billings to ensure accuracy.- Tracks and maintains records of warranty work.
