Consignment Area Supervisor

Assesses current team processes and procedures, identifies opportunities for improvement, and implements them.
- Develops individual quotas and assigns territories for team members.
- Provides detailed and accurate sales report.
- Coaches, mentors, and provides feedback to team members.
- Fosters a competitive yet collaborative team environment.
- Assesses individual performance through observation and measurement, and suggests corrective actions as needed.
- Handles store branches and consignment department.
Basic Qualification
- Graduate of Any Business Related courses
- Must be willing to travel
- At least 2 years work related experience in retail or consignment account
- Can start immediately

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
