Conflicts Analyst/ Kyc Analyst

Responsibilities:
-Conduct comprehensive conflict checks using internal databases and conflict management systems.
-Collaborate to resolve potential conflicts, including drafting waivers or recommending mitigation strategies.
-Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and matter information in conflict-checking systems.
-Ensure adherence to ethical and regulatory requirements.
-Prepare reports summarizing conflict check outcomes and resolutions.
Required Skills:
-At least 3 years of conflicts process and review work experience or equivalent role.
-Legal experience or work experience in an international firm a plus.
Additional Notes:
This position will be working with an international law firm that serves companies, governments and financial institutions.
Working Set-up: Hybrid
Mondays to Fridays.
