• 18 years old or above
• computer literate
• must be fluent in ENGLISH; keep in mind that you'll be conversing with foreign customers
• committed to full-time long-term employment

NON-NEGOTIABLE REQUIREMENTS
Work-At-Home (WAH) Program
• Must have a reliable WIRED internet connection with 40 mbps or above.
• Must have access to a PC/laptop to take the assessments which may include typing/data entry among others. A smartphone is not advisable. However, CONCENTRIX will supply you your work computer once hired.
• Must have sufficient space suitable for Work-At-Home set up to avoid distractions.
• Must reside in the National Capital Region (NCR).
• Take note that this set-up is TEMPORARY WAH, meaning candidates will be asked to report onsite IF they will:
>>> experience frequent power/internet outages
>>> have issues with their performance.
Basically, depending on the business needs and their performance.
EDUCATIONAL & PROFESSIONAL ATTAINMENT
• minimum 6 months of BPO International voice experience handling Sales or Technical account
• at least graduated HS (prior to K-12 curriculum) / ALS / SHS (K-12)
• not tied up with academics; not currently studying nor enrolling for school.
