Comptroller (Construction Industry)

The Comptroller is responsible for the following tasks:• Directs and manages the company's Comptrollership Division to includemanagement of general accounting, cost accounting, financial planning and budgetingfunctions.• Highly knowledgeable of Project Accounting, he must be able to computeGP's per project and maximize the profitability for each project.• Safeguards the company's financial and fixed assets by setting up internalcontrols, conducting cycle counts, and optimizing the allocation and utilizationthereof• Institutes appropriate measures to control costs and expenses of thecompany, minimize or avoid losses, and maximize profits of the company.- With at least fifteen (15) years of actual work experience in ProjectAccounting, General & Cost Accounting, preferably as a Comptroller orequivalent senior level position in a Construction material or manufacturingCompany.- Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)- Must possess the Knowledge and skills in all facets of corporate finance andaccounting, particularly in project accounting, general accounting,plant/cost accounting, budgeting & financial planningWORK ONSITE MONDAYS TO FRIDAYS FROM 8A TO 6PM AND SATURDAYS FROM 9AMTO 12NNSalary: OPEN
